Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 26, 2026

1. Who we are

Simple Advertising, Incorporated ("Simple Advertising," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website at simpleadvertisings.com (the "Site") and provides digital marketing services to US small and medium businesses. We are headquartered at 13763 Fiji Way, Suite EU2, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our Site, contact us, or use our services, and how we use, share, and protect that information.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit a form on our Site (for example, requesting a free audit or contacting us), we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your business website URL
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Information about your business (annual revenue range, marketing goals, audit type requested)
  • Any additional information you choose to share in free-text fields

Information collected automatically

When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Your IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Your browser type, operating system, and device type
  • Pages you visit, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Aggregate analytics data via Google Analytics or similar services

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure Site performance, and improve your experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not function properly without them.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for these purposes:

  • To deliver requested services. If you request a free audit or contact us about our services, we use your information to prepare and deliver the audit, respond to your inquiry, and follow up about working together.
  • To provide ongoing services. If you become a client, we use your information to deliver the services you have engaged us for, send invoices, and communicate about your account.
  • To improve our Site and services. We use aggregate analytics to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve content, navigation, and features.
  • To communicate with you. We may send transactional emails (about your audit, your account, or services you have requested) and, if you opt in, marketing communications about Simple Advertising. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
  • To comply with legal obligations. We may use information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and protect our legal rights.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • With service providers. We use trusted third-party vendors to operate our business — including web hosting (Hostinger), customer relationship management (GoHighLevel), email delivery, and analytics. These providers may process your information only on our behalf and only for the purposes we authorize.
  • With our independent specialists. When you become a client, we may share relevant project information with the independent specialists in our curated network who deliver work on your account. These specialists are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • In a business transaction. If Simple Advertising is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Form submissions and client account data are typically retained for at least seven years for tax and recordkeeping purposes. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used
  • Request access to or a copy of your personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Other US residents

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others) may have similar rights. We honor these rights for all US residents who request them.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at mike@simpleadvertisings.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

7. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Our Site and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as social media platforms or partner sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

10. SMS and text message communications

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from us (for example, by providing your mobile number on a contact form), we may send you messages about your audit, your account, or our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our Site or by email if appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
